Child Porn ! - Elton John is Involved with a Child Pornography Case

Five times Grammy and one time Academy Award winning English pop & rock singer, composer and pianist Elton John is involved with a Child Pornography case after he submitted a photo to an Art Gallery. The photo was seized by police.

British newspaper The Sun reports - Art gallery bosses at The Baltic Centre For Contemporary Art in Gateshead, England have withdrawn the explicit photo a day before the exhibition is due to start on 26th september 2007.

The buzzed photo, taken by famed photographer Nan Godin, features two young girls posing provocatively - and is one of 4,000 pictures used in the Sir Elton John Photographic Collection. The Rocket Man hitmaker is said to admire the “directness, truth and poignancy” of Godin’s work.


Police spokesperson said to be investigating whether the gallery has broken the law for using the image. A police spokesperson also says, “Who owns it or owned it is also part of the investigation.” John’s publicist declined to comment.

Dita Von Teese, Model and burlesque dancer shows off her curves in a racy new ad promoting spaying and neutering pets for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). The ad unveiled Monday in Los Angeles by the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals stars the former Marilyn Manson flame spokeswoman for the group’s ABC animal birth control campaign.

Dita Von Teese, whose real name is Heather Sweet, is shown standing in front of a blackboard in a pink and black corset.



In the PETA ad, a seated bookish-looking older man stares up at her.

She says in the ad - “Nearly 4 million dogs and cats are put to death in the U.S. every year because there are not enough good homes. You can help prevent this,” shown on PETA’s Web site.

The ad promotion also asks people considering dog or cat adoptions to adopt from local animal shelters.

Britney is a “Habitual, Frequent and Continuous” User of Alcohol and Drugs - Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon said in Court

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon in the singer’s custody case ruled and said that Britney Spears is a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of alcohol and controlled substances and now must undergo twice-weekly random testing.



Scott Gordon also ruled that both Spears and Kevin Federline may not consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances at least 12 hours prior to being with their children.

According to court documents released Tuesday, Spears, alone, was ordered to meet with a “parenting coach” at least twice a week for a total of eight hours.Both Spears and Federline have also been ordered to complete a program called “Parenting Without Conflict,” and must enroll by the end of the week. They must attend joint co-parenting counseling and both sides must decide on selection of a therapist by this week’s end.




The Commissioner wrote that “The parenting coach is to observe (Britny Spears) interaction with the minor children and her parenting skills,” . The coach will must provide lawyers on both sides with written reports, and will also appear in court at the ex-couple’s next hearing on 26,November.



The Superior Court commissioner also ruled that both sides are disallowed to use corporal punishment on the kids.

Spears’s former bodyguard showed in court to testify about Spears’s drug use, but the court chose to not to hear his testimony.

The judge also added, that “based on the evidence presented, the court finds that there is a habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by (Britney).” But,He didn’t say what that evidence was.



The ruling was the latest blow to Britney, whose career comeback was stalled by a disappointing performance at the MTV Video Music Awards. On Monday, her manager and her lawyer both quit.
